Just finished Week 5 of my Youth Sports Performance Training Winter Session. My young Athletes are progressing well and I can’t wait to get them outside this spring. Youth Sports Performance Training Spring Sessions are starting the end of March. 10 weeks for $250. Small group training!!!!

All Youth ages 8 to 14 are welcome! Youth will learn the fundamentals of Co-ordination, speed, agility, strength, explosive power at their own pace. My program is a slow bake program, I do not rush development. I provide participants with a safe and positive learning environment for them to grow their athletic potential. All participants must complete a 1 hour Functional movement assessment before the session starts.
