10 Week Young Athletes Sports Performance Training After School Program!

For ages 8 to 14. Limited to 4 kids per group. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays!

Next session starts end of March. All particpants must do a 1 hour assessment before 10 week session starts.

2025 Summer Athletic Performance Training program 6 Kids per Group (Possible 3 group times)

This 4 week program athletes will learn the fundamentals of strength, coordination, balance, mobility, explosive strength and speed. Fundamentals are taken serious. I teach kids how to jump higher by first learning to land and absorb the forces they eventually will produce. This decreases the chance of injury and also teaches the athlete to not only jump higher but to run faster and move more efficiently! The athletes I train have better body awareness and understand the “WHY” behind the movements involved with sport. This type of training also helps create life lasting exercise habits for my athletes.

Time Slots 9:00 am, 10:15 am(All Girls Group), 11:30 am (When the other 2 are full this slot will open) Contact Jonathan with Time slot preference.
