Some Office Stretching
Pec Stretch- Always make sure you have a bent elbow. Step forward on the leg that’s on the same side as the bent elbow. Try to square your shoulders forward.
Bicep stretch: Make sure that your thumb faces down. Try to square up your shoulders
Tricep Stretch: Try to keep head back and pull arm behind your head.
Forearm Flexor Stretch: Turn fingers to face body. Gently push palms towards surface. You will feel the stretch in palm side of forearm.
